No account, analytics or advertising tools are used in this version.

Language and squad preferences stay in your browser's local storage. Clearing site data removes them.

Shared links contain the team name and animal identifiers. Anyone with the link can view it. Avoid personal information in team names.

Searches and species data come from iNaturalist; when needed, we also consult GBIF for photos. Cloudflare processes requests to deliver and protect the site.

Advertising is disabled. Before enabling it, we will update this policy and configure the consent required in supported regions.

When someone selects an animal without a photo, we store its taxonomic ID, scientific name, available names, an aggregated count, and the dates of the first and latest recorded request. Requests for the same species within one hour are grouped. This helps us add images later. We do not store team names, IP addresses, or visitor identifiers in that database.
